Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local or session storage, SDKs, pixels, tags, device identifiers, and server-side events. They support sessions, security, settings, analytics, and, with consent, marketing.
A session cookie ends when the browser closes. A persistent cookie remains until expiry, deletion, or withdrawal. A first-party cookie is set by ELIBRI; a third-party cookie is set by an external provider.

- elibri_experience_mode — ELIBRI — remembers the selected guided or professional presentation for up to one year — strictly necessary preference.
- elibrimarkets-theme and elibrimarkets-locale — ELIBRI local storage — remember display and language preferences until removed — strictly necessary preference.
- elibrimarkets-analytics-consent — ELIBRI local storage — records the current analytics choice and policy version until removed or renewed — strictly necessary consent record.
- Umami tracker — Umami analytics technology loaded only after consent — measures page paths, referrer origins, device/browser metadata and allowlisted product events without receiving form content, email addresses or passwords.
- Google Analytics 4 — Google analytics technology loaded only when configured and after consent — may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> first-party cookies for up to two years to distinguish users and retain session state; receives projected page context and allowlisted product events while advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled.
- PostHog — PostHog analytics technology loaded only when configured and after consent — stores a first-party anonymous device identifier and, after sign-in, links allowlisted browser events with a stable pseudonymous analytics identifier issued by ELIBRI. Form contents, email addresses, passwords, session credentials, internal database identifiers and analytical reports are excluded.

Third-party technologies
Third-party technologies may be supplied by hosting, security, analytics, support, Telegram, AI, and payment providers. A UniPayment payment page and related domains use their own necessary and compliance technologies under the relevant provider policy.
Marketing technologies must not receive sensitive prompts, private wallet data, or complete payment credentials. Events should be minimised and must not contain Input text without a separate assessment and lawful basis.

Your choices
Where required by law, the first visit allows you to accept or reject non-essential categories and open detailed settings. Rejecting must be as easy as accepting.
- Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled in Cookie Settings without stopping the relevant function.
- You may change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings.
- Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may take effect after a page refresh.

Browser signals

Consent duration
A preference is normally stored for up to 12 months unless law or provider changes require earlier renewal. We request consent again after a material purpose change, a new non-essential category, or expiry of the consent record.

International processing
Cookie and SDK providers may process identifiers in other countries. The safeguards and transfer mechanisms in the Privacy Policy apply. A non-essential transfer does not begin before consent where consent is required.
